Bob Hawkins - Bass/baritone

Born the youngest of six children, I was raised in a small town/large village called Cullompton in the county of Devon. I was educated at the local primary school and then at the Grammar school in Tiverton. After taking and passing 4 A Levels I came to Birmingham to work in the Metals Division if ICI where I learnt how to analyse metal alloys, a career which lasted some 41 years.

After about 12 months in Birmingham I was persuaded to go to a meeting at a local church where I became a Christian. It was here that I met the young lady who was to become my wife, now of 43 years standing. We have 4 children and 3 grandchildren.

I have been with Credo since it's formation and still enjoy the singing and the fellowship.
